Pre-Shipment Cancellation 

We accept order cancellations for a 100% full refund at any time before the product has been shipped or produced.

Post-Dispatch Rule 

Once an order has been shipped and a tracking ID is generated, the order cannot be cancelled.

How to Cancel

Failed Delivery attempts 

If an order is returned to us due to customer unavailability after two (2) attempts, the order will be cancelled and the transaction price refunded.

Packaging Integrity 

If an item could not be cancelled before shipping, please do not open the packaging film upon delivery. Contact +91 90969 60651 immediately to arrange a return.

Refund Method 

Refunds for cancelled orders are applied automatically to the original method of payment used during the transaction.

Non-Refundable Shipping 

Shipping charges are non-refundable for order cancellations that occur after the product has been dispatched or for courier rejections at the doorstep.

Standard Return Window 

Customers may return unopened products within 30 days of the order date for a full refund.

Opened but Unused Items 

Products that have been opened but remain unused and in their original packaging may be returned within 15 days of delivery.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) 

If a product arrives with damaged packaging or fails to power on, contact customer service at support@getnextro.com within 48 hours for an immediate free replacement or refund.

7-Day Price Guarantee 

If the price of a product purchased from our official website drops within 7 days of your order date, you may request a refund for the price difference by providing a screenshot to our support team.

Reporting Period 

Claims for missing parts, accessories, or physical damage must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery time recorded by our courier partner.

Unsatisfactory/Unsuitable Products 

If the product is unsuitable for your vehicle, returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt, provided the item has not been installed.

Usage Exclusion 

Returns are strictly not accepted if the product has been installed, used, or if the original packaging film and screen guards have been removed.

Non-Returnable Items 

Hardwire kits, OBD-II cables, CPL filters, and consumables (stickers/memory cards) are non-returnable and eligible only for replacement if defective.

Reverse Pickup & Shipping 

We offer free reverse pickup where available. If unavailable, customers may self-ship for a reimbursement of up to ₹150 upon verification.

Refund Processing 

Once inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 48 business hours (Wallets/UPI) or 5–7 business days (Cards/Net Banking).

Standard Device Warranty 

All primary devices and dash cams are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturer defects from the date of delivery.

Accessory Warranty 

Cables, mounts, and power adapters are covered by a 180-day warranty against manufacturing defects.

Extended Warranty Option 

Customers can purchase a 1-year paid extended warranty, allowing for a maximum total coverage of up to 30 months.

Replacement Process 

If a defect is confirmed and cannot be repaired via troubleshooting, nextro will replace the unit with the same model. If unavailable, an equivalent substitute will be offered with your consent.

Warranty Voidance 

Warranty is void if damage is caused by accidents, water ingress, electrical misuse, unauthorized tampering, or the removal of serial numbers.

Verification Requirement 

All exchange or warranty claims must include the original invoice and the product must be returned with all original documentation and tags intact.
