The nextro Type-C Hardwire Kit gives your dashcam continuous power without tying up your 12V socket. It draws cleanly from your car's fuse box, so your camera keeps recording in parking mode long after the engine is off, and a built-in low voltage cutoff makes sure your battery is never left flat.
24 Hours Parking Monitor Continuous fuse box power keeps your dashcam recording in parking mode while you are away, capturing bumps, scrapes, and break-in attempts when your car is parked and unattended.
Built-in Low Voltage Cutoff. An intelligent voltage monitor shuts off power before your battery drains too low, cutting off at around 11.6V in 12V cars and 23.6V in 24V vehicles. You get 24 hour protection without the worry of a flat battery in the morning.

Will the hardwire kit drain my car battery?
No. The kit has a built-in low voltage cutoff that monitors your battery and automatically shuts off power before it drops too low to start your vehicle. In a 12V car it cuts off at around 11.6V, and in a 24V vehicle at around 23.6V.
Which dashcams does this kit work with?
The kit uses a Type-C connector and is compatible with dashcams that have a Type-C power port, including the nextro X700 DualVision Plus and X900 TriVision. It is not compatible with Micro USB or Mini USB dashcams.
Do I need professional installation?
The kit uses a simple three-wire connection to your fuse box, with the red wire to a constant fuse, the yellow wire to an accessory fuse, and the black wire to ground. Many people fit it themselves, but if you are not comfortable working with your car's fuse box, we recommend having it installed by a professional.
Will this work in my vehicle?
The kit accepts a 12V to 24V input and converts it to a safe 5V/2A output, making it suitable for most cars, SUVs, and larger vehicles.
Does the kit enable parking mode on its own?
The kit supplies the continuous power that parking mode needs. Parking mode features are controlled through your dashcam, so you can configure recording exactly the way you want.
